We have three options

REFERRAL SERVICE : Our most basic option

You give us the details of the property available
We advertise it on our website, in our window and to telephone enquirers
We pass your contact details to suitable interested candidates
If one of our referrals takes the property you pay us £50 for a room, £100 for a house or flat

If we don't get a let it costs you nothing

We weed out the majority of unsuitables and save you time and irritation

LET ONLY SERVICE

This service is ideal for a local landlord who doesn't mind arranging his own maintenance and dealing with tenants direct

As part of this service

We will advertise the property
Show prospective tenants around
Prepare contracts
Take up references
Prepare inventories
Collect the first months rent and deposit

For this service we charge 45% of the first month's rent

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Our full management service means that the landlord will never have to be troubled by day to day matters and will never have to deal directly with the tenants. This option is ideal for the investment landlord or for landlords living away from Cambridge

Point of contact for the tenant for maintenance problems
Quarterly inspections
Collection of monthly rent - which is then paid into your account

With this option the landlord can rest assured that his property is in good hands and we will be making every effort to ensure the best tenants for him as well as the best possible rents!

For this service we charge 12% of the monthly rent collected
